It was a beautiful day at Panther Stadium for
Tom Bowl XXXI. While the weather was perfect, none of the three teams seemed
to show up. Actual people in attendance increased by 300% which demonstrates
why percentages are usually meaningless. Attendance: 3 but 6 if you count
the two people who walked by with their dog and the guy hitting lacrosse
balls against the school
Waiting for the teams to arrive...
...but they don't seem to be anywhere.
Obviously this guy was here for the game.

And I still haven’t finished that book about James K. Polk. I hadn’t
realized it had been this long since I started it. I suppose after a year I
can’t consider myself actually reading it anymore. Also, still mad about the
Last Jedi. Abomination of a movie. The first cat moved out. Now the second
cat is the only cat. He’s actually pretty awesome but he sheds a lot which
is most unfortunate. I have a renewed appreciation for the Beatles. I have
always like them but I’d kind of stopped listening to them for a while. Hey
Jude, is a great song. Nervous about Episode IX. Last Jedi was so bad it’ll
be near impossible to fix everything in one movie. Speaking of movie quotes.
Nothing jumped out at me, but I like this one “You want a good life? It’s
not complicated. Tell the girl you love that you love her. And tell the
truth to everyone, whenever you can.” and this one “On your left.” The Tom
Bowl greatly appreciates the ongoing support of Jim Delany and wishes him a
good retirement. Weird that Dobbins and Young wear the same number.
