The Tom Bowl has announced the creation of its newest bowl game, the Toilet Bowl.

The Toilet Bowl will annually determine the worst team in the nation. The two worst teams in the nation will be paired off to determine once and forever which team truly stinks the most.

"We are moderately excited about this game," said the Tom Bowl President. "It was really an excuse to make another bowl game logo."

The first Toilet Bowl will pair Washington and Central Florida.
